Important Housing Facts:
- Students interested in Manzanita Square are applying for a twelve (12) month License Agreement. Spring 2022 applicants will have their license start with seven (7) months remaining on the License Agreement.
- Room and roommate selection, and mixed gender apartments are presently unavailable for the Manzanita Square community.
- Students who reside in Manzanita Square are NOT required to enroll in summer courses but your Financial Aid may be affected.
- Students who are confirmed for Manzanita Square are eligible to remain in their current housing assignment for the 2021-2022 Academic Year. Please note that the Fall 2022 Housing Application for the upcoming Academic Year will still need to be completed.
